Responsibility as a Project Manager:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall project management and completion of professional services projects. Delivery of the projects will be within the constraints of scope, quality, time and costs in order to meet the project objectives and to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Growing the Red Book Connect consulting/ services business in North America
  • Will be measured on order booking and revenue recognition of the Red Book Connect consulting/ services business.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and proactively engage in consultative selling, ability to convert business challenges into Red Book Connect enablement solutions
  • Formulating solutions to meet the unique business needs of clients and effectively position the same
  • Ability to manage CXO level relationship, strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills
  • Create the value proposition, consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions and presentations
  • Communicating best practices to the client and acting like a trusted advisor

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area to be considered.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the consulting or professional services industry, preferably around the Food, Hospitality, POS, Retail, Red Book Connect technology.
  • Strong technical/ functional skills
  • Strong track record of sales target achievement
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and leading these relationships to multi-million dollar engagements
  • Exposure to a global delivery model
  • Business Management qualification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with in a matrix organization
